This space is one of the largest at the Centre of Excellence, amenities include centralized air conditioning with the support of four (4) industrial ceiling fans and fully equipped bar and food court area.

The auditorium holds three thousand, five hundred (3,500) threatre style, twelve hundred (1200) Banquet, five thousand (5,000) standing, and two thousand (2,000) in a classroom setting.

In the event that there is a cancellation or postponement of the event, the reservation fee (which is 50% of the total invoice) will not be refunded. Written notification of the same must be submitted to the landlord at least thirty (30) working days before the date of hire. Only 50% percent of the remaining invoice total will be refunded (if applicable).
